Strategic leadership in HR at CSIS was focus on compliance, cost-saving, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of fairness and excellence:<

  • Administered an intern program of between 60 to 100 U.S. and International interns which received 1000 applicants per year.
  • Developed and implemented HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs that are aligned with the business goals of the organization.
  • Offered guidance and coaching to all levels of management and employees as they advanced their careers in the organization.
